New General Manager/COO Named at BHYC

BAY HARBOR, MI – Following a thorough and extensive nationwide executive search, Bay Harbor Yacht Club is extremely excited to announce the appointment of Tracy Wilson, CCM as the new General Manager/COO. Tracy will join the Club on December 1, 2026.

Tracy Wilson joins BHYC from Knollwood Country Club, where he has been General Manager/COO for more than 12 years. Earlier, he served as General Manager/COO of The Grosse Pointe Club and held a leadership role at Grosse Pointe Yacht Club. He is a graduate of Michigan State University’s School of Hospitality Business, a Certified Club Manager, and currently serving as President of the Greater Michigan Chapter of the Club Management Association of America.

Bay Harbor Yacht Club extends its sincere gratitude to Dwight Jenson for guiding us so successfully through both a busy summer and a season of transition, and he will continue to serve as Interim GM/COO until Tracy begins.
