Spring is just around the corner, and there’s no better way to welcome the season than by celebrating Easter with friends and family at Bay Harbor Yacht Club. This year’s Easter Egg Brunch and Hunt on April 5th promises a joyful morning filled with delicious food, festive traditions, and plenty of fun for members of all ages.
Hosted in the Lange Center Ballroom, the celebration begins with a festive brunch featuring some of Chef’s favorite holiday offerings. Members will enjoy a variety of Easter features, including a made-to-order omelet station, along with refreshing Mimosa and Bloody Mary bars for adults. Junior Members will have their own special treat at the Kid’s Mocktail Station, where they can sip festive beverages crafted just for them.
Adding to the lively atmosphere, local favorite, Pete Kehoe, will perform live, providing the perfect soundtrack for a relaxing and celebratory holiday gathering.
Of course, Easter at the Club wouldn’t be complete without a visit from a very special guest. The Easter Bunny will be hopping through the event, posing for photos and spreading holiday cheer for children and families throughout the brunch.
This year introduces a delightful new addition to the celebration: the Hungry Ducks Petting Zoo. Children and adults alike will have the opportunity to interact with an adorable collection of animals, including baby lambs, bunnies, ferrets, chicks, and even a tortoise.
The highlight of the day for many young members will undoubtedly be the Easter Egg Hunt,. Participants will gather in the Lange Center and divided into two age groups before heading over to hunt for eggs.
Hidden among the colorful eggs will be a very special prize of a Golden Egg. One lucky child in each age group who finds the Golden Egg will be crowned the Egg Hunt Champion, earning a trophy and well-deserved bragging rights for the year.
Children will also receive their own Easter basket filled with goodies, making the day even more magical.
Easter at Bay Harbor Yacht Club is more than a holiday brunch – it’s a celebration of community, tradition, and family.
“Our goal each year is to create an Easter celebration that feels magical for children while still giving parents a memorable holiday experience,” says Director of Events Krystle Pantall. “From the petting zoo and golden egg hunt to live music and brunch, we love seeing families come together and create traditions at the Club.”
With delicious food, festive entertainment, adorable animals, and a little friendly egg-hunting competition, this year’s Easter celebration is sure to be a highlight of the spring season at Bay Harbor Yacht Club.
